SUMMER PROGRAM 2013
Traveling Seminars will be held from July 5th to September 10th, being scheduled every week, precisely the week of the 23rd, 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th, 30th, 31st, 32nd, 35th and 36th in calendar.
Traveling Seminars are ready to customize on demand. Duration is flexible, from a minimum of three days up to seven or more days. Traveling courses, accommodation style etc. are decided by requests and available conditions. VillaTosca Design Management Centre will prepare a quotation in advance accordingly.
Cost:
a) The standard* cost is: 2000,00Euro per person, per day.
*Standard cost includes: continental breakfast, snacks and limited soft drinks on board, the use of guest rooms, guide on board, inland excursions, entertainment by using equipped audio-visual systems
b) The minimum charge in total is: €9.000 for max three days.
c) A Traveling Seminar of five days will cost from €12.000 to €24.000, six days €28.800, etc..
d) In case of smaller groups (less than six people and less than three days, refer to: b).
e) In case of bigger groups (more than six people up to max ten people), refer to: a).
f) The presented charges as above exclude Tax – VAT 21%, beverage including wines & foods for dinner on board, consumed fuel cost (average 200 liters per hour at cruising speed).
Accommodation on board:
The Cruiser built in 2010 has 6 beds: one master bedroom with king size bed, shower and toilet, two guest rooms with double bed, shower and toilet, dinette with kitchen, a main deck with saloon for seminars, two emergency beds and separate bedroom for crew, in addition a larger space on the outside deck. The Cruiser equips HD CTV, Hi-Fi, Karaoke, refrigerators, air conditioning system and the most advanced technology for navigation.
In case of group(s) with more than six people up to max 10 people, they can travel together like: some can sleep on board and other can sleep at hotel (normally small charming and cute hotels).
The cost of accommodation at hotels is excluded from standard cost.
A confirmation order with an advance deposit of 40% in estimated cost is requested for booking the intended period.
Cancellation policy
Before 30 days until the first day of booked period: free.
Before 15-29 days until the first day of booked period: 20% in estimated cost by prepared quotation.
Before 5-14 days until the first day of booked period: 30% in estimated cost by prepared quotation.
Before 4 days including the first day of booked period: 40 % in estimated cost by prepared quotation.
No notice of cancellation, no show: 100% in estimated cost by prepared quotation.
